Acceptance of Terms‎
Welcome to the Connect3, LLC (Connect3) web-based partner purchasing portal. We provide this service to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Confirm your acceptance of these terms when you purchase from our web store:
General Terms
- Equipment prices, software, and shipping costs are expressed in U.S. dollars. Prices are for products only and do not include taxes, shipping, custom rates, etc.
- The image shown for each product may not be the exact image. Photos are for viewing purposes only.
- Connect3 makes the best effort to transmit the latest product information we receive from our suppliers. Connect3 make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy of the information, including price, product publishers, or product specifications. - All invoices and payments are subject to audit. This sale is subject to the condition that the invoice is audited and any errors in the calculations are corrected and any additional credit or charge will represent the actual due balance.
- Where possible, Connect3 will offer demo versions of software for free, for a period permitted by the manufacturer.
- All software sales are final. Connect3 will not refund the money or exchange any purchased software.
The software cannot be returned. Hardware returns can only be accepted on new factory packaged products. Items returned in used or altered condition will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges can be processed up to 7 days after the date of arrival. There may be a 15% replenishment fee or cash payment or a 20% replenishment fee on credit card purchases to cover processing, insurance, and bank charges.
To return an item, go to https://myconnect3.net/contact to submit a Return Authorization Number (RMA) request. Send fully insured and prepaid freight. Returns without an RMA number or receivables will be declined.
The RMA number should be displayed visibly outside the box or in the reference area of the shipping documents.
Claims
All the goods left our warehouse in good condition. The risk of loss or damage to the goods will pass to the buyer as soon as the carrier picks them up to deliver to the buyer. Therefore, the buyer must inspect all packages for damages before signing the delivery receipt. Claims must be filed immediately with the carrier (not Connect3) for damaged goods in transit.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated and can only be used for the purchase of goods.
Prices and Payment
Invoices are due and must be paid in the terms on the front of the invoice. An interest charge of 2% per month will be added to the overdue accounts.
Cheques
We accept money orders, cashier's checks and company checks. Make checks on behalf of Connect3. The check amount must be exactly the order total, including shipping and handling, and sales tax, where applicable. We require a photocopy of these checks faxed to our office for verification. We also require a credit card on file until we can set the credit terms.
If a check delivered for payment by the buyer is stopped or rejected by the buyer's bank(s), Connect3 will have the right to collect all or part of the amount owed at any bank or credit card given by the buyer as a credit guarantee.
Credit Cards
Connect3 accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We will not charge your credit card until the item has been shipped unless otherwise agreed. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders sent to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
CONNECT3 requires a signed Credit Card Authorization (CCA) form for all transactions over $1,000.00 and all international orders.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order online. If there are any calculation errors, Connect3 has the right to correct shipping costs at any time.
The delivery of the goods, if agreed, will be carried out in accordance with the original agreement, unless special circumstances prevent Connect3 from delivering in accordance with the terms previously designated, in which case Connect3 will have a reasonable period of time to deliver the item (as purchased).
The customer must be present to accept the delivery. In the event that the customer is not able to receive the purchased item (at the time originally agreed and that customer does not give Connect3 reasonable notice of such incapacity), there may be an additional charge for a second delivery.
Warranties
Connect3, its hardware vendors, or its software vendors make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the applicability of any hardware or software for a specific purpose.
Connect3, its hardware vendors or software vendors do not accept liability for loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by computer equipment or software sold by Connect3, including but not a few others any interruption of service, loss of business or anticipated profits or special or consequential damages resulting from the use or operation of such computer equipment or software.
All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.
Disclaimer of Warranties throughout the Software
Connect3 makes no warranties, either express or implied, with respect to all software and accompanying manuals and materials, regardless of its source, quality, performance, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Connect3 sells or licenses all these items to the buyer "as is". All the risk in terms of quality and performance lies with the buyer. Manufacturer's license terms apply.
If such software becomes defective after purchase, the purchaser assumes the full cost of all necessary services, repairs or corrections, and any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect in such software. In no event shall Connect3 or its suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect, even if Connect3 has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
Hardware Warranty
Opening or altering the system for any reason, including updating, by unqualified personnel may jeopardize all warranties.
The terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply and will be transmitted to VAR or the end user, in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Items without a manufacturer's warranty and not accompanied by a warranty card have a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover any damage due to accidents, misuse or negligence. All items with a factory warranty for longer periods must be shipped for repair or replacement to the factory or authorized service center with full insurance coverage and prepaid freight charges. Refer to the Warranty Card for a specific procedure.
Transportation Charges for Warranty Service
The cost of freight or transportation to and from any of the Connect3 service centers, which may be required to complete any repair service under the terms of any manufacturer's limited warranty, will be borne by Buyer.
