What information does Connect3, LLC (Connect3) collect and why?

1) Home Page

We collect the data you complete when you create an account with us (account data), transaction data and cookie data. Account data is simply the information that allows us to identify you with your transactions, contact you and send it. Transaction data is the information required to determine what you purchased from us and invoice you for the products or services you request. Cookie data is information that is stored on your website from a website. We collect it for ease of use, such as remembering parts of your account when you make a repeated visit. This makes re-logging in much easier for you. We also collect cookie data to better understand the needs of our customers on our website. By doing this, we collect your IP address that is only associated with you after you create an account.

The data we collect is for our internal use of the system and will not be sold to any third party.

2) Online Store

All information regarding your customers, locations, custom items, their prices, their quotes are private just for you. This information is only used to help you create quotes, monitor customer installation status, operate our RMM and similar remote management tools, obtain reports on customer sites, or generate documents to deliver to your customers. Connect3 does not have access to this information. We will not use this information in any way other than for statistical summaries to measure failure rates, usage rates and efficiencies and speeds, and not to extract individual data.

Connect3 will not sell this information to any third party for use outside the Online Store.
